ÖZCEGAL STEEL CONSTRUCTION & GALVANIZING WORK
Ozdil Co, serving as a contracting company since 1976, has bought a factory which is able to manufacture any kind of steel structure (mostly galvanized and bolted structures) in July 1999 in Adana. In last one year period, company has replaced ÖZCEGAL Construction Works, Machinery, Steel Structure and Fabrication Galvanizing Ind. & Trade Co. with addition of manufacturing of lighting poles in any dimension and highway guardrails to production in December 2000.
The company has been awarded by private and public enterprises for numerous contracts both overhead transmission and distribution networks at low, medium, high voltage levels as a contractor on turnkey basis including design, manufacturing, supply and erection of line materials both in Turkey and abroad.
The company has also experience in telecommunication area as a contractor of aerial urban telephone networks, manufacture and erection of special antenna towers, trenching works, construction of LV and MV urban electricity networks, 33 kV distribution substations and 154-400 kV transformer substations including social and industrial civil works on turn-key basis and commissioning.
Our company has 5 quantities CNC machines for angle of punching drilling shearing and marking , 1 quantity CNC plate cutting machine. This machine’s lenght capasity is 14000 mm and it has MAX 100 D plasma system. Our company has also 1 quantity CNC rollforming guardrail machine. This machine’s capasity is 80 mt/day.
Our other main production facilities are any kind of welded steel structures, galvanized steel plygonal poles, guardrails and accessories for highways and any kind of galvanizing contract in our 9.5 x 1.5 x 1.80 and 8 x 1.5 x 1.80 (l x w x h) zinc baths
Our fabrication capacity 30.000 tons/year and galvanizing capacity 36.000 tons/year.
We have permanently employed 8 engineers 20 technicians and 170 qualified workers.
Our plant has 49.000 m2 total, 12.000 m2 covered and 37.000 m2 open area.
